• Abstract Submission Closes - 4.00pm Wednesday 14 May 2025
• Abstract Acceptance Notified - Monday 26 May 2025
• Early Bird Deadline for Registrations - Monday 25 August 2025

Oral Presentations

If you are selected to present a "Rapid Fire" presentation you will:

• Prepare and practise an 4 minute presentation
  
• 1 minute will be set aside at the end of your presentation for Q&A
  
• Standard audio visual equipment will be provided: lectern, microphone, PC laptop, data projector and screen
  
• All presentations will need to be presented in PPT

Poster Presentations

There will be a poster display at the Conference. 

• ​Posters must be portrait orientation
• Size A0, approximately  90cm x120cm. 
• Laminated or printed on tear-proof paper
• Text in a font of sufficient size for easy reading from 1 metre. 
• Poster panels are velcro-sensitive.
• Bring velcro dots with you to mount your poster
